KEIM Soldalit-ME is a variation of KEIM Soldalit which offers sustainable exterior protection for buildings with the additional environmental benefit that it helps to degrade nitrogen oxide pollutants from the atmosphere. It is suitable for coastal locations and will withstand harsh weather conditions.

Photocatalytic mineral paints use light energy to neutralise pollution by the addition of the catalyst titanium dioxide. The photocatalytic reaction converts Nitrogen Oxides and other harmful pollutants such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde into harmless nitrates. The reaction also helps to breakdown organic material and contaminants, keeping surfaces cleaner. The catalyst is not used up by the reaction and will continue to react for the life of the paint.

KEIM Soldalit Grob is a primary coat and filler for the KEIM Soldalit system. Can be used to bridge hairline cracks and equalise the surface. On all absorbent mineral surfaces and sound and previously painted surfaces for filling and closing of hairline cracks and equalising differences in texture.

Sol-silicate paint with light slurry effect for priming and intermediate coats using the KEIM Soldalit system. For leveling differences in structure or for crack filling of fine hairline cracks during renovation or when applying new coats on load-bearing dispersion- and silicone resin-bonded substrates as well as on mineral substrates. Coarse material is not suitable for finishing coats. KEIM Soldalit-Grob is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.

This product should be used in conjunction with the other components of the KEIM Soldalit system. KEIM Soldalit Grob is not suitable for use as a top coat.

KEIM Royalan is a ready-to-use mineral silicate paint system for exterior use in subtropical or tropical climates. It offers water-repellent properties, high vapour permeability and forms an insoluble chemical bond with the mineral substrate.

KEIM Royalan can be used for all mineral, absorbent substrates. Due to the excellent product properties, this coating material is particularly suitable for old and new surfaces. In combination with the KEIM Royalan system products, a wide variety of applications are possible.

The crystalline nature of KEIM Royalan allows vapour to pass freely through the coating from the substrate whilst at the same time protecting against the ingress of moisture, eliminating blistering, cracking or peeling associated with conventional paints.

KEIM Royalan is manufactured using natural earth oxide pigments which are UV stable and do not fade with time, their crystalline nature providing a high light reflecting matt appearance, which remains bright and vibrant, even on dull days.

KEIM Soldalit Fixativ is sol-silicate binding agent and dilution for use with the KEIM Soldalit system. KEIM Soldalit Fixativ is used to consolidate friable surfaces as a binder coat and as a dilution coat for the KEIM Soldalit system as required.

Silicate primer and thinner based on sol-silicate (combination of silica sol and water glass). It is used as a primer for highly absorbent substrates or partial surfaces or as a thinner for KEIM Soldalit® and KEIM Soldalit-Grob in the base coat on highly absorbent substrates. KEIM Soldalit-Fixativ is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.
